Our Installation team physically performs construction activities with a quality first mindset for projects of various sizes. This team also fulfills site management responsibilities making sure we have clear and effective communication between on-site management and the office.
Our Estimating team assesses the required material and labor. They determine the overall costs of a new or existing project. They create a list with all the needed materials and present the costs of material and labor needed to complete our scope of work to our customers.
Our Project Management team is responsible for ensuring the timely and costly completion of our projects by overseeing all phases of the project. This entails working with the Owners, Prime Contractors and Subcontractors to schedule and plan work, coordinate equipment and materials, operate within budget, and monitor overall progress.
Our Warehouse team controls inventory and coordinates movement of materials. This includes receiving and organizing products, and preparing material shipment to jobsites. They continuously document and maintain records and databases in order to stay up to date of needed supplies.
Our Office Management department attends to the clerical side of our company in the form of bookkeeping, accounting, marketing, and HR generalist tasks. This team also helps facilitate a fun and positive atmosphere by planning companywide events and parties.
